Saffron Purity Test

Simple Saffron Testing Method: Take a pinch of your saffron and put it in a glass, then cover it up with about 1 cm of crushed ice. Wait for a few minutes for the ice to melt. If your saffron is real you will have a very deep red colour liquid which also smells wonderful.
