This farmer's name is basavaraju. He is from Mandya district of Karnataka. he adopted, one of the amazing rainwater harvesting methods to conserve water. According to him, It is not a new method. He has carried this method from his ancestors. He did a soil bed, which covers 6 to 9 coconut trees. It avoids water runoff during the rainy season and at the same time, it completely eliminates soil erosion. Earth's water restoration can be done like this. it increases the groundwater levels. it helps to increase coconut yield as well.
