Mustard farming in India is the fourth-largest producer of mustard oil cultivation in the world. Also, the mustard crop contributes about 28.6% to total oilseeds production. Therefore, the mustard plant is an important oilseed crop of India. In addition, mustard seed plants are also used as green vegetables.
